1
Do you offer expert witness services?
Yes. Please contact us at cfslegalnurse@gmail.com to connect with one of our partners for an expert witness services consultation.
2
Are you medical malpractice attorneys?
No. CFS Consultants is a legal nurse consulting firm. Our team is comprised of registered nurses with extensive critical care nursing experience, but we do not practice law. If you are an attorney who needs help with medical records, you've come to the right place.
3
Can you look at my personal medical records and tell me if I should sue my doctor/nurse/hospital?
No. CFS Consultants is not a law firm and we are not attorneys. Therefore, we cannot provide legal advice. We do not and will not review medical malpractice cases for the general public.
We may only contract directly with attorneys or law firms. CFS Consultants can conduct initial case merit reviews for pre-litigation purposes on behalf of an attorney.
If you are a member of the general public, please reach out to an attorney in your area if you have concerns about potential malpractice.
4
I'm being sued by a patient/being investigated by my professional licensing board. Can you help me?
While we cannot directly work for medical professionals like MDs and RNs, we can work with your attorney/legal team to help defend your case. Please have your attorney reach out to us directly at 925-200-8226.

What are your fees?
Because we work with attorneys all across the United States, hourly fees/retainers may vary by geographic area and case complexity. We can work on retainer or on an hourly basis. Contact us at cfslegalnurse@gmail.com
